I'm looking for some ideas for music classes/teachers in the local area for my son who is nearly five. We don't have any particular instrument in mind but would like something to have fun with music, trying out instruments and learning some basic music theory such as dynamics! Would love something like colour strings but this in only in Roehampton and north London. We tried going for a violin lesson on saturday and the teacher told him off throughout the lesson for not holding the bow correctly ( this was his first lesson) so a teacher who can understand and relate to young children is a must!!
