Can anyone recommend a decent Managing Agent for long leasehold Properties? We have been having trouble for years with a string of them collecting large sums of money and not undertaking the work (amongst other things). Iideally, if there is a good recommendation we can enforce a Right to Manage and apooint a more trustworthy companies to look after the property.
