Hilly Fields Loop

This one hasn't got a romantic name unless Hilly Fields Loop turns you on. It's about 10 miles of easy paced riding. There must be some uphill bits because there's a reason why Hilly Fields got its unromantic name.

The start is 10am from Canada Water Library opposite Canada Water Station (SE16 7AR). The station's got a lift so if you can get your bike there on the Overground it's easy getting it out. Finish in the same place two hours later (12 noon on the dot)

Hilly Fields is in Lewisham. The route out is via Southwark Park and then Deptford Park, along shared use pavements to Hilly Fields and then down again to the new Leisure Centre in Lewisham.

Then National Route 21 through Brookmill Park (herons, kingfishers); Quietway 1 to the end of Childers Street, across to South Dock (possibly via the new Linear Canal Path) and back to Canada Water.

The map is here https://goo.gl/Ak8XmX. You can contact Bruce on 07729 279 945
