New M&S Store at Bell Green Approved

LB Lewisham has granted permission for the M&S proposal at Bell Green.

The decision was published on 16 September 2024 and the Decision Letter, Delegated Officers Report and a Revised Plan has appeared on the documents list at this location.

Much rejoicing in the locale in anticipation of this new store's opening.

I'm also pleased M&S Food is coming to Bell Green. It's a sensible use of what has been an oversized building for the current tenant.
