The Old Bath House salvage yard down in Sydenham occasionally has them in, so it could be worth popping in. Last year he was charging what seemed to be a fairly standard rate of £5 each.

You could also try Aladdin's Cave on Lewisham Way.

I saw a couple of small crates at aladdin's the other day. One red and one grey/black. outside by the fireplaces (which is what i was looking at!)
