My 4 months is up and I can donate again so I thought I would encourage as many people as possible to do the same.

Its fairly painless, doesnt take long (I am donating before work) and you can eat lots of crisps and biscuits! You also (most importantly) are helping someone else that needs the blood, and most people would receive it if they needed it so its seems fair to donate as well.
