Hi
We are a group of residents preparing to take over the management of our block of 15 flats on Inglemere Road SE23.
I'm getting quotes from other managing agents in the area for the management of our block for the future - can anyone recommend a good firm?
Also, block desperately needs doing up, can anyone recommend firm of builders who could do up 3 storey block? Must be insured, etc etc.
