Hi All, I'm thinking of moving to Clyde Vale off Dartmouth road. What are your thoughts on location and safety (particularly from a womans point of view) at night walking back from the station? I'm not that familiar with Forest Hill and appreciate any local knowledge.

Thanks

My personal thoughts as a local shop keeper and resident around the corner from there is SNAP IT UP before it's out of your price range! Not great with lighting etc at the moment, but will be soon as far as I know.

Thanks. Good to know. Sadly not buying, just renting.

I wasn't sure about the car park round the back?

Car parking around Clyde Vale is free always, but parking on the bays nearby has a 30 min restriction, pop in for a chat if you are passing, I'm always happy to help if I can.
