I am English and my husband is from Spain and we are keen for our 2 year old to be exposed to more Spanish. I have other friends in "dual nationality/bilingual" families and we are setting up a Spanish Toddlers' group where we play with the children in Spanish and sing Spanish rhymes and "canta juegos!". The more the merrier, so if you are bringing up your child to speak Spanish and would like to meet similar families then please PM me and I'll let you know when and where we'll be starting the group.
