A Few Mins

Maybe today on the 5th anniversary of the London bombings, we should all take a few mins out of our busy lives to reflect on the poor people who did not return home from work that day

And also for those whose lives were changed forever as well. Dying is easy, surviving is much harder.

An acquaintance of mine was on the top deck of the 30 bus, in the last seat to actually remain in the bus. She received only grazes and bruises, but the burst eardrums she received as a result of the blast severely affected her hearing and her ability to work, as she was a freelance trainer. Thinking of you!

Someone I used to work with was very lucky as he was goung to board that bus, yet it had just pulled away and he could not be bothered to run after it, lucky day or what

Well done for showing your respects on this day, one that should not be forgotten.
Sadly it is a double anniversary for me now, As a close friend of 35 years died as a result of an accident in the blackwall tunnel.

All those lost and affected by 7/7 You will never be forgotten.
