That looks like a lovely place.

It's always good to put it out there on this forum but, as a back up, I've always found that advertising these little local commercial units on Gumtree can be beneficial.

Mind you, it would help if you added a few of the nitty-gritty details on here about the tenancy arrangement, which isn't clear from your post, together with rent and Business Rates etc.
