Could anyone in SE23 be able to help me with my laptop? I’ve wiped the data from Dell laptop and have now “no devices” message on.. not sure what to do! Thanks!

Did you intentionally wipe the data planning to reset your laptop?

Or did the “no devices” message appear and you assumed that somehow the data had been wiped?

If you did not intentionally wipe the data does that mean you have data you wish to recover and restore as well as fix the problem?

Let me know what specifically is the case along with whatever you know about your laptop (brand, type, version of windows).
