I've had quite a few bad experiences with FHC over the years, eg turning up 45 late without ringing to warn us. Seems to be average behaviour for a cab company. On the plus side, they always manage to be on time for early morning airport runs, which is the main thing we use them for now - I find public transport is more likely to be predictable for most journeys, even if it takes longer.
