Excellent news FHF I will definitely give it a go next time I feel the need of a shish. Balance has been restored to FH.

Have just eaten chargrilled chicken wings with a lovely fresh salad from Authentic Kebab and[/align] can highly recommend it.

Yes, I think the shish of middle age may have found a new home. We also use the Turkish in Catford (before the railway bridge) a lot and they deliver a good range of pide and Turkish dishes. We used them for catering a couple of times.

A combination of mixed weather and fractious children after a poor night's sleep in the humidity led me to Authentic Kebab today! Such was my curiosity that I even decided to adopt it for Sunday lunch

The inside is extraordinarily clean (I've never been to such a pristine kebab shop), and there is even space to dine. We ordered the traditional doner, and a chicken kebab wrap, both were filled with fresh salad and the guilty filled meat treats.

All very good. Would like more oomph from the chilli sauce, but everything was tasty. A great FH addition

After a couple of post work beers, I really fancied a Kebab last night.

I was pretty stunned to find that 'Authentic' was shut by 1045. Surely they're missing the busiest time of day?

Will have to try it another time.....

I noticed they changed the sign. It looks better now.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Kebabs from Authentic with one small reservation which is the over generous allowance of pickled chilli's.....
