Thread: Life in SE23 - Shops Post: RE: Italian Deli on Dartmouth Road
I always think getting hung up on these terms is a bit daft. At best they're just marketing terms.
'home made', 'hand crafted', 'artisan' etc.
Who cares? The shop or restaurant isn't strictly ... |

Thread: JK Banqueting Hall Post: RE: Assault and Stolen Car Incident. Perry Vale.

Thread: African Restaurant opposite FH station Post: RE: African Restaurant opposite FH station
Totally agree.
But I think that can work. You can't see the outside from your dining table.

Thread: African Restaurant opposite FH station Post: RE: African Restaurant opposite FH station
Excellent news

Thread: Life in SE23 - Shops Post: RE: From the Forest closed
I heard today (from a not 100% reliable source) that it's going to be a nik-nak shop.
I'm hoping for walls of actual NikNaks (the snack food) but I think it might be just gifts and stuff that no on... |

Suspect someone's been told to clear their stuff out of a rented flat above or lose their deposit. Maybe.
FH is still relatively cheap by London standards so plenty of DSS type lettings. Transien... |

Thread: Today's traffic...? Post: RE: Today's traffic...?

Admittedly that is steep for Fosters pish. Best avoided.
The Asahi, Hurlimann etc. are all comparable with prices for premium lagers elsewhere though.
Maybe they want to discourage Fosters drin... |

Thread: Railway Telegraph Post: RE: Railway Telegraph
I don't see what the issue with £4.20 a pint is? This is for a premium lager, ales are cheaper. Pretty standard London prices.
It's the same price or cheaper than the Dartmouth, Hob, Post, All In... |
