@Herbert..he is tall, white and skinny but his hair is close shaven, probably blondish mousey, he permanently looks like he's about to kick off at someone..screwed up face & all..! |

I've lived in the area for a year but talking to neighbours who have been here longer, those kids have been a problem for years in particular the one lad... |
