Just to say that this year we're again going to be opening the reserve up on the last Saturday of each month - starting this month, April 26th, 1.00- 4.00 pm.
As well as just showing you around - or letting you look round by yourselves - most months we're also hoping to organise a special event - the current plans being
I'm going to be organising the tree survey - and not just trees, in fact - and it's possible we'll bring it forward to June.
Any help - and potentially for other events if you'e interested - welcome, so contact the Friends via our web site, PM me or email me if you have my email address.

- May 31st- Teddy bear’s picnic
- June 28th – TBA
- July 26th – Creepy Crawlies day (bug collecting etc)
- August 30th – a tree survey, to learn about the different trees in the nature reserve and map them out
- September 27th – looking at container gardening and hopefully a new irrigation system for the raised beds
- October 25th – building bird boxes ready for 2015
