Extra gates alongside another set of double doors were recently installed at FH too at the ticket office side of the station. It's made it slightly easier to get to the platforms in the morning.

Agreed, rbmartin.
Plus I spoke to one of the staff this morning. He said that they are repositioning the electronic display board in the FH ticket hall so that it will be on the eastern wall as we fly through the gates to catch our locomotives to far off and exotic destinations like sunny Croydon.
It is full steam ahead at FH Station!
