I'm just the Treasurer, and I'm feeling a bit guilty for not having posted more about what the Friends of Albion Millennium Green are doing caring for this rather wonderful green oasis along side the railway line between Sydenham and Forest Hill. Anyway, we have our AGM this Saturday, 11.00 upstairs at the Forest Hill Pools, with Cllr Susan Wise invited (TBC) to say a few words about current green activities and the possible Longfield Crescent new housing scheme.

We have a good group of regular volunteers, but members, paying just £6 a year, are important to getting ourselves established financially.

I think it would be a good idea to post a link here for becoming a member or even just for making a one-off donation - I've got fifty quid ready to get the ball rolling cos I'm too flippin lazy to get stuck-in on the hard graft that many other good people put in to making Forest Hill a better place.
