Hey lovely people, has anyone else had a problem the last few days with infinity not working? We just moved in and were due to be connected wednesday but its not working due to "problems in the area" are we being fobbed off or is it common in HOP? Thanks

did have brief problem one evening when I re started hub but been ok otherwise on top of Blythe Hill Fields
Has been fine - we got this message when trying to set-up BT sport on our and it was due to an issue on our account (the whole setting up of Infity was an neverending disaster but we got there in the end and I am no on personal terms with 3,000 people on their call centres.
Thanks everyone it's still not working BT are infuriating!
