Has anyone else seen the proposals for redeveloping Catford & Catford Bridge railway stations and the old disused greyhound track?

It seems that some organisation can develop shops and offices linking the two railway stations.

Why can't a similar development be made at Forest Hill?

I was given a pamphlet by some people in the old pet shop in the Catford Mews. It was a consultation document.
