Does anyone know who this skinny ginger cat belongs to?

He's been in our garden for about an hour now (Friday morning), meowing very sadly and infuriating our own pampered and very territorial pussy cat no end.

Poor chap has chunks of fur missing, doesn't seem to have many of his teeth and looks like he might have been on his own for quite a while.

If he's yours, please let me know.
Hmmm, the pic I attached to my original post seems to have vanished. Here's the cat in question...

Did I see a note at HOP Station about a missing Ginger Cat? I'm sure it appeared in the last week or so and if he is toothless he would lose weight very quickly and if he is also pampered usually he would be very stressed and lose his fur too.... poor baby and in this rain too.
Thanks Morriorl, I'll check it out and see if there's a phone number. The cat's moved on now but if this is the missing ginger, at least the owners can know he's not too far away!
No signs at HOP station from anyone seeking a lost ginger cat, sadly.
there's a sign for a lost ginger cat in Sainsburys Forest Hill - don't know if it looks similar
There were posters around the HOP/Crofton Park area recently for a ginger cat missing from Manwood Road but according to the South East Central website, he's happily reunited with his owner (and he looked different from this one).

Might be worth trying posting on SE Central? http://www.southeastcentral.co.uk/

This post resonates with me as I lost a (ginger) cat when we moved here in 2007. He strayed much further than we expected. It's definitely not this one, BTW! (Sadly, we know our beloved Rudy went to the great cattery in the sky.....Sad)

I'm always a bit alert to missing cat notices as I know how awful it is, also it's really hard to tell if a cat is a stray/feral/freeloader who likes several dinners a day (this poor chap is obviously not the latter).
Saw this notice on a lamppost in Bovill road today. Not sure how old it is but might be worth a try
Thanks everyone. I haven't seen this cat since Friday morning, but will give the number on the Bovill Road lamp-post a call just in case.
Just in case someone is looking for him, the ginger cat I mentioned last week is in my garden again. I've phoned the number on the Bovill Road lamp-post, and sent a text, but no answer yet.
