So the grand re-opening of the Horniman animal enclosure was postponed time and time again, seems like 1-2 years behind schedule, and now THIS?
There were similar restrictions on the now defunct African Garden exhibit.
If you build it they will come but only if the opening hours give enough people an opportunity to do so.
