Hi there
I live in a 1900's, 2 bedroom end of terrace house and am looking to extend our ground floor and put in a 3rd bedroom/bathroom by way of a loft conversion. I have received some advice from RIBA with names of local architects who will work on residential projects under 100K but it would also be useful to see if anyone on the forum has used or knows of architects or designers they would recommend or who are well known in the area.
I'm looking for the architect to prepare the plans, liaise with council to obtain planning permission and project manage the renovations throughout each stage.
