Welcome to whoever bought their flat! Sold to the first person who view it fairly quickly. Shows what a great up and coming place Forest Hill is. Garden and parking space too. Not bad for a London flat.
It's not Forest Hill's problem if people move into the area and make no effort to talk to their neighbours - and in 4 years. Good riddence I say.
