Hi
We're possibly moving out of the SE23 area (sob) but trying to find a good estate agent to get us out of here before the Summer lull.
Had a number of them round here to value the place, last year and just now, and I'm quite confused by the disparity between the value of our flat, and also who to believe!
Any tips/advice would be great.
