Thanks for this site. Heard about it this morning.
I checked Se 23 . As expected main roads are worse.
What it does NOT include , which are some of the worst offenders are loud music ( I am being polite using that word ) especially from cars which seem to believe they are doing us a favour entertaining us with such garbage.
It only needs one nasty neighbour to play music for whole area to be disrupted.
