I have a large refurbished flat right by HOP station. I put my flat on the market last year, being valued for 270k and took it off without selling as I was getting no offers above 250k. I've had it valued again by 2 local agents, with one putting it at 270k and the other at 280k.
I keep seeing comparable flats on rightmove at 270/280 only to see them re-listed weeks later at 250!
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
