Hi, I live in Forest Hill and am seriously thinking of selling my 3 bedroom house this summer. I was wondering if anyone wants to share experiences - good or bad - about our local estate agents please? Thanks

Friends recently moved into the area and bought through Sebastian Roche and they rated them highly from a buyers point of view. I think because they only offered the type of property they specified and not forwarded unsuitable stuff eg flats when they were after a house/ half house. If that helps!
