Dear forum members,
My husband and I are seeking a 1 bedroom flat to rent in Forest Hill within a 10minute walk to the station, ideally around £800pcm.
We are a professional couple both in permanent employment in the social sector working with vulnerable children and their families. We are seeking to move further SE to make our commutes to our places of work easier. We are reliable tenants who really look after the homes we inhabit. We are hoping to find somewhere at a resonable cost to enable us to start saving for a deposit after 14years of renting in London.
We've had no joy through the usual routes of estate agents and today I happened to meet a kind and helpful lady in Canvas and Cream who recommended this forum and I'm hoping that something out of the ordinary might come our way.
