Hello I am about to make an offer on a flat in the Forest Croft block on Taymount Rise and am getting conflicting information from the seller and management company, MH Associates, on the work that is going ahead. Could someone please clarify what work is going ahead? when? what work is waiting sign off? Also confirmation the maintenance fee is £140 per month paid on a bi annual basis?

I would like to know the same information as well. I used to own a flat in the block, and would be pleased to know the current situation with planned major works. Much appreciated if anyone currently resident there or owning a flat, could provide some clarity.
