We're taking the government up on its offer of free loft insulation, but we need the old chip-board floor taken up first, then a new (more substantial) floor put back down after.

Firstly: can anyone advise if we should be looking for a carpenter, builder or loft specialist for this sort of work?

Secondly: can anyone recommend someone local for this sort of work?
