I am looking for valuations on a property that is on the "Forest Hill" end of Lordship Lane, not far from the Grove Tavern.
As some of the Lordship Lane agents seem to be too busy to even pick up their phones, should I try some of the Forest Hill agencies?
Any recommendations for agencies that can do a serious valuation unlike the totally unrealistic figures from an agency that begins with a W......?
