I'm a 57 year old solvent actor, and have lived in Forest Hill for the last 11 years.
Don't want to leave the area (obviously) but my current landlord has hit financial problems and has to sell my flat.
I'm looking for a one bedroom flat. I'm a non-smoker with no pets, and a garden is not essential-though obviously welcome.
