I was walkimg in Westwood Park the other day and saw a building going on uphill near the big bungalow, which is on sale and boarding the Horniman Gardens. One of the workers said the owner of the bungalow owns the land and is building 2 new houses.
Does anybody know anything about this? Any planning permission for this going on? No notices outside.

I don't know the number of the house, but it is just after Horniman drive when you go down the hill after the white houses
