Has anyone else noticed the intriguing food aromas often detectable in the streets of Forest Hill? Around the Perry Vale area (Forest Hill BR end) I have often noticed a sweet aroma, like cinnamon buns being baked. On other days there has been a smell similar to melting anchovies in a pan with olive oil. They drift over a large area, so I presume that they are a product of a commercial enterprise, does anyone know what this might be?
