Well, looks like they have dropped one almighty bombshell

Question is, if people with mortgages have been over-charged, will they get a refund ?

As I understand it, their crime wasn't that they set the rate higher, it was that they manipulated the rate to suit their trader's positions. So sometimes it was higher than it should have been and sometimes lower.
