I have numerous accounts with 3 mobile - does anyone out there have inside information on how I can contact them regarding all accounts and not just one phone at a time.

It infuriates me that when I call them I have to key in the phone number I am ringing about but ideally I want to speak about all accounts i.e. getting rid of most of them

Any help would be much appreciated

I reckon your best bet is to go into a 3 shop and speak to the people there. I'm with 3 and I find speaking to their call centre people absolutely tortuous (the staff in the shops are only marginally better mind...)

Good idea - will try that. Yes the call centre gets on my nerves - every time you say "thank you" they come back with "your very welcome".........................every every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!
