We're a Forest Hill based professional non-smoking couple, mid-40's with a happy, bouncing baby boy fast approaching his first birthday. We're looking to rent an unfurnished or part-furnished ground floor property (2-3 bedrooms) with a garden for a minimum of 6 months, probably longer, from August.
As we both work, we have childcare arrangements in Lower Sydenham, so properties located in this or the Forest Hill area would be ideal.
