Anyone else heard this? It sounds like a man's voice through a loudspeaker, too garbled to make sense of, and just in brief bursts. Maybe four or five times in the evening, most evenings.

It's really ****ing me off, and sorely tempting me to knock out my beautiful Victorian sashes and get some double glazing (and I've lived happily on the South Circ for years now). Just SHUT UP, loudhailer man!

Perhaps someone out trying to get people to vote and then thanking them for doing that?

Had two in "Vendetta" masks at our polling station in Sydenham - they had a loud hailer.
