I live on maclean road and we are constantly woken by noisey neighbours on Kilgour Road. I have spoken to other residents on Maclean road and they have the same issue which results in people having to move themselves/children to different rooms in the house to get away from the noise.
Is anyone else affected? or had similar issues?
I feel for you this is a very serious problem that some people look upon as minor.
Suggest you get names and addresses of all the neighbours concerned then contact a local councillor. 3 are listed on LBC web site.
People should not make noises which upsey their neighbours. You will probably find they are living of benefits.
Call the council noise abatement team or go and have a word with the neighbours yourself. Sometimes people dont realise what a racket they make.

ryanwyan, welcome to the life of Brian, fortunately he is one of the minority that think this way so i would reflect this comment against the neighbourhood.
Perhaps we could find them homes in Stoke!
Just had a look on Google streetview and none of the houses on Kilgour Road have stone cladding.
