Hi there,
We are buying a 1930s mid terrace house in Honor Oak Park and would love to get a better gauge on how much a loft conversion would be. We'd ideally like to add a bedroom and bathroom, with Velux windows in the front and a dormer with juliet balcony at the rear.
If you've done something similar and don't mind sharing what it cost roughly we would be extremely grateful!
If you have a company you recommend that would be great also.
