I wanted to know if there are any plans for the derelict old building at the bottom (FH end) of the road. Did it used to be a bank or post office?

I think it used to be the post office sorting office

It has planning permission for conversion to flats, live work and studios

I think the last owner went bust. There has been quite a lot of discussion about it on here but I can't seem to find the threads at the moment
