My neighbour has found a dead cat in his garden on london road near juntion of Honor Oak road ,no signs of injuries ,as far as I know hes a tabby with a white belly ,the council have been informed ,sorry to be the bearer of bad news ,Im trying to get a better discription will post as soon as I do .
