Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what Torcross Drive is like, which is just off Derby Hill?
I'm looking to invest in a buy to let, and I wondered what the estate was like, is it quiet etc, and also are service charges reasonable ?
On paper, it looks like a good investment, especially with the new pool opening next to it.

My friend sold her one bedroom flat on Torcross Drive last summer and she has said that prices have dropped there quite a bit since then.
