Can someone help. I was discussing these with some friends and we all agreed a good thing that people with essential jobs get slightly cheaper homes.
We could not however understand what happens when that person wanted to sell. I presume has to refund the discount to the local authority unless they of course prove they sell to another essential worker.
Does any one actually know.
