is anyone living around Westwood Park/Horniman Drive area aware
of a street drinker who seems to be hanging around "Nods Way"?
has been seen staggering around with a bottle, wears Flip Flops,very scruffy, is probably harmless but some women have found it intimidating and are relucant to use the cut through.
