But it is an easier interchange at Canada Water.
Both Eastbound and Westbound, or is it Northbound and Southbound, the interchange at Canada Water is easier and quicker than at London Bridge. The queue for the down escalator at Canada Water can be a bore, but it does seem to move fairly quickly and there are lots of Jubilee line trains in both directions. The new exit gates at LB are quick but the walk to the escalators down to the crypt and on to the Underground and then a long way down to the Jubilee line are long (and hard if one is semi-disabled like me) I am a fan of the Overground, even with the sideway facing seats. Maybe some people do not like this because they are unable to put their feet on the seats opposite them?
I've walked from the Jubilee platforms to the NR platforms in around 5-6 mins. However, this does mean you have to walk up the escalators rather than standing up.

Bar the final train, it's not worth it unless you have a 10 minute window before a train leaves, plus if using Oyster PAYG, it adds a £1.10 premium.
I can make it up to the NR platforms at LB in 5 minutes, did it in 4 the other night. But that only works if the train is on the middle number platforms; no good if you're stuck on platform 16!
My rule of thumb is only stay on to CW if I know I have just missed (or rather will just miss) a NR train. Otherwise you hit the big gap in Overground trains that they have to let the NR ones through.
