Permission should always be granted when an application is valid as defined by current planning law. Planning law should be structured to avoid abuse by unscrupulous developers. Enforcement for unapproved developments should be swift and severe.

I was being a tad bit facetious. Endless talk about train times, 'where am I?' every other day and planning permission nimbyism was boring me senseless. Future polls might inlcude--what train do you take in the morning? And what is your favourite Sainsbury's...(all in good humour, of course)

Not forgetting from the poll "when the bung from the developer is of a suitable amount to pay for my summer holidays" Wink

I can see the humour aspect, but then again to some of us its actually quite an important issue.
