Just drove pasr there, junction is closed, with a heavy police presence.

From what I know it was a mentally-ill person running around with a knife.

They were safely detained and taken away to a secure mental hospital.

No-one was seriously injured.

Oh wow, that's not good, but glad it was all ended peacefully.
I did notice on my way back that it was all resolved, about 30 mins after I first passed.
Nice to see the police clearing the tape up afterwards messy s*ds.
